French VC Blisce raises its second, $250M fund to invest in European and US startups.
German venture investor Blockchain Founders Capital gets €15M for its debut fund. The firm will invest in early-stage web3 projects.
500 Global teams up with Georgia's Innovation and Technology Agency and Bank of Georgia to launch an accelerator. The program will accept startups from Caucasus, Eastern Europe, Central Asia, and the Baltics.
Tar Heel Capital Pathfinder, Knowledge Hub, Freya Capital and Accelero Ventures partner up to back Polish startups. The syndicate will offer up to 16M PLN in funding.

Lithuanian SMB fintech SME Finance raises additional €100M in debt capital to expand in Netherlands and Spain. The investment was made by Fasanara Capital.
Czech-found shopping aggregator iPrice gets acquired by a large Indonesian ecommerce Bukalapak. The size of transaction remains undisclosed.
Czech machine data analysis platform Neuron Soundware obtains €7M round to expand across the globe. The investment was made through EU Horizon program and the Technology Agency of the Czech Republic.
Bulgarian-found jewelry platform Taylor & Hart nabs €4M round to reinvest in product development. The round was led by Active Partners, joined by the British bank Virgin Money and crowdfunding platform Seedrs.
Polish co-found diabetes care platform Nutrix raises 8M PLN to expand in Latin America. The round was led by Simpact Ventures , Chile Ventures, ADD Ventures and a grant from Innosuisse.
Polish short-term rental platform Rent like home gets acquired by Renters.pl to the goal of consolidating the short-term rental market. The size of transaction remains undisclosed.
Polish equipment rental platform Gleevery raises 7M PLN to invest in business expansion. The round was led by a group of business angels from ImpactAngels.PL.
Lithuanian 2D/3D graphics platform Perfection42 raises €1.1M to expand abroad and invest in product development. The round was joined by CoInvest Capital, OCC, LitBAN syndicate including Justas Janauskas, and a number of other business angels.
Ukrainian growth marketing app Zeely obtains $1M seed investment to integrate with TikTok and payment platforms and to fund its product roadmap. The round was joined by Vesna.Capital, Imaguru Ventures, ZAS Ventures and Angel One Fund.
Ukrainian online english tutoring school AllRight gets $1M in funding to invest in operations and business development. The round was led by a group of business angels, some of whom included the co-founder of Depositphotos Dmitry Sergeev and Kyivstar's former president Peter Chernyshov.
Estonian Sorainen legal practice management spinoff Crespect raises a combined €832K seed round to develop the product. The round was completed with a help of European Regional Development Fund's grant and investment from an undisclosed investor.
Ukrainian real estate management platform Prengi raises $500k seed round to to expand in the US, Europe and Middle East. THe round was led by SMRK.
Romanian async and individual brainstorming tool Morph gets a €200k grant to expand in Europe, invest in prAWS Startupsoduct development and team growth. The round was made possible with the help of SME Growth Romania - Support for Startups
Ukrainian-found data quality platform Masthead raises a €100K investment to expand the business. The round was led by Depo Ventures.
Startup Calls:
Vestbee and AWS Startups invite companies to apply for the B2B SaaS Accelerator. The 4-week program will provide up to $100k in AWS activate credits, training and networking opportunities as well as opportunity to raise funding from the partner investors. The program is open to B2B SaaS startups across a broad range of verticals. The applications are open till the 28th of April
Vestbee and AWS Startup Loft Accelerator invite African fintech startups to apply for the 10-week AWS FinTech Africa Accelerator. The program will provide pre-seed and seed stage startup up to $25k in AWS activate credits, marketing/sales, tech and product mentorship as well as a chance to pitch the idea to partner VCs. The applications for the program are accepted till the 27th of April.
Orlen Foundation invites applicants for its Social Lab program. Those accepted into the program will obtain up to 60 hours of coaching and training by program's mentors and an access to a 500K PLN grant pool. The program is open to anyone having ideas related to culture and education, health and sport, sustainable development and safety. The applications for the program run until the 20th of April.
Assay SmartUp Day invites startups and investor interested in impact innovation. The program will feature a panel of impact investors and thought leaders, a startup challenge and a networking session. The number of spaces is limited and the event is taking place on the 24th of April in Warsaw.
