London-based startup Servo, which converts traditional CCTV systems into intelligent real-time analytics platforms, has secured €1.2 million in seed funding from Early Game Ventures.
- Established in 2020 by Amit Frenkel and Nizan Rosh, Servo develops AI-powered service analytics solutions that help hospitality operators deliver consistently exceptional guest experiences.
- By transforming existing CCTV systems into intelligent, real-time analytics engines, Servo identifies hidden pain points in the service journey, such as delays in welcoming guests, slow delivery of food and drinks, or bottlenecks at payment.
- The platform integrates video footage with sales and revenue data to create tailored action plans that drive operational improvements across entire estates.
Details of the deal
- The investment was supported by Early Game Ventures, a Bucharest-based VC firm that focuses on early-stage tech startups in emerging sectors across Central and Eastern Europe. Its recent €60 million Fund II continues this mission, with a strong track record from its first fund, which achieved a 45% IRR.
- Servo will use the fresh €1.2 million seed funding to establish a technical hub in Romania, hire key product development staff, and expand its sales operations across Central and Eastern Europe.
