CEE Startup Challenge , the biggest online startup competition in Central & Eastern Europe powered by our online matching platform Vestbee has came to an end. Below you can check TOP 10 regional startups and scaleups that were chosen by Jury from more than 1000 applications. 

Schrott24

Location: Graz, Austria

Schrott24, the Winner of CEE Startup Challenge is a B2B platform that uses modern technologies to digitalise and automate the European metal scrap market. Schrott24 started operations with its working prototype on $7.4B markets of Austria and Germany and has been growing rapidly since then. In August 2019 Schrott24 acquired METALSALE - a German startup operating in the same industry. The company plans to expand to other European markets.

Agremo

Location: Belgrade, Serbia

Since 2015, Agremo has been developing an intuitive agricultural sensing and drone analysis platform for drone operators, growers and agronomists. Agremo helps to collect and analyze data about crops and fields which helps to improve agricultural processes. It has already paying users in more than 100 countries and plans to develop its technology and world presence further.

Senuto

Location: Warsaw, Poland

Senuto provides SaaS-based tools for comprehensive SEO support and smart content planning to rank higher in Google. This marketing tool uses AI and Big Data technology to provide insights enabling SEO optimization of webpage and marketing campaigns. The startup is proving its advantages with big clients on board, like Axel Springer, onet.pl group and pracuj.pl, as well as over 11 000 professionals using the tool already.

Biotts

Location: Wroclaw, Poland

Polish MedTech startup Biotts develops a technology that makes it possible to create new, more effective drug formulas based on the existing active substances in a faster way and at a reasonable cost. The startup has ready system that enables the production of any formula of drugs, substances, molecules or vitamins, that will be more efficient and will have less side effects. Currently Biotts is working with small and medium sized enterprises but it already plans to enter the pharmaceutical industry.

Cargofy Inc

Cargofy is a mobile assistant for independent truck drivers that enables them to find loads with just one tap. Cargofy receives non-exclusive loads every day through integrations with load boards, shippers, and brokers. The AI-based algorithm can choose the most suitable load for any individual driver based on their location, equipment, preferable price, and delivery terms. The app is already available in US, Ukraine and India.

iDoDo

Location: Prague, Czech Republic

Nowadays, there’s a huge problem with the last mile delivery, which is solved by Prague based startup iDodo by its unique logistics platform - Gaia and Marketplace App. iDodo uses advanced AI and big data principles that constantly analyze data and allow forming the most efficient car loads and routes. DoDo collaborates with more than 30 dispatchers and over 300 couriers.

SCIO Technologies is another company from Austria that is going to disrupt electronics industry as it enabled printed electronics to everyday applications. SCIO technologies help in creation of industrial manufactured product from the idea stage and focus on aerospace, automotive, industry, healthcare and lifestyle sectors. Over last 1,5 years has been designing new elements for Mercedes Maybach and it aims to set R2R (roll to roll) production.

Talent Alpha

Talent Alpha helps to find experienced software engineers and solve a problem of long inefficient recruitment process. Its marketplace connects global enterprises with small and medium size software houses in Europe offering talent as a service. Although product is only at the implementation stage, it has already closed several partnerships and was internationally recognized.
