Combining corporate power, VC experience, and strong partners
AceON Accelerator is a private accelerator created by Accace and ZAKA VC. Accace, an international BPO and advisory company, brings extensive business expertise and corporate backing. ZAKA VC contributes global venture capital experience gained across startup ecosystems worldwide, including Silicon Valley. In addition, AceON collaborates with strategic partners — Labyrinth Labs, PERSONALITY Group, and MERCURTEC — providing founders with additional expertise, mentorship, and support throughout the program.

Global founder community
Across five programs, AceON has supported 103 startups from dozens of countries, building a growing international founder ecosystem. The most recent batch brought together 25 startups from 16 countries, reinforcing the accelerator’s position as a cross-border hub for ambitious early-stage companies.

Behind the program are co-founders Ján Kasper (Co-founder & Managing Partner, ZAKA VC) and Peter Pašek (Managing Director & Partner at Accace Slovakia and Head of FinTech for Accace Group), who are actively involved in supporting founders.
