VC Funds from CEE

  • Budapest EIT InnoEnergy has raised over €140M to support clean tech and energy innovation sectors.
  • Ukrainian Horizon Capital raised $125M focusing on tech companies in Ukraine and Moldova.
  • Polish Inovo VC closed €105M fund to back early-stage based founders with up to €4M investments.
  • Polish Movens announced a €100M fund to support CEE startups with ticket size €250k - €5M.
  • Polish-American ffVC announced a €60M fund to back late-seed to series A startups from Central Europe.
  • Tilia Impact Ventures launched a €32M second fund to Drive Climate, Education, and Healthcare Solutions.
  • Polish MCI Management secured €32M financing from Raiffeisen Bank International.
  • Polish Radix Ventures debuts a €25M-big deep tech fund to  invest throughout CEE.
  • Latvian Merito Partners launched a €30M fund with investment focuse in various sectors.
  • Ukrainian - Belarusian Geek Ventures has launched a $23M fund to support immigrant tech founders at pre-seed and seed stages, with investments $50k to $1M. .
  • Ukrainian venture syndicate Toloka VC to invest in Ukrainian projects and put up to $1.5M in a single startup.

VC Funds from Europe

  • Keensight Capital has raised €2.8B round. The firm aims to invest in the healthcare sectors across Europe with revenues ranging from €10M to €400M.
  • UK-based Just Climate debuts a €1.4Bn fund to back growth-stage climate solutions spanning energy, mobility, industry, buildings, and more.
  • Norwegian Verdane closes a €1.1B  fund. The fund targets digitalization companies with investments ranging from €20-€150M.
  • UK-based Atomico secured $1.1B in funding. Atomico invests in ambitious tech founders at Series A and beyond with a particular focus on Europe.
  • London Oakley Capital has closed a €750M fund focused on investing in profitable, high-growth businesses across Europe in the Business Services, Digital Consumer, and Education sectors.
  • London Dawn Capital raised €660M to invest in the next generation of global B2B software leaders  from Series A to exit.
  • German VC Yttrium raised €400M to back European B2B software and technology scaleups, especially those across the industrial and financial sectors.
  • IQ Capital raised €400M for its venture and growth funds. The firm will support innovation throughout the UK and Europe.
  • France Eurazeo closed a €400M Smart City fund focused on early-stage to Series-C sustainable city technologies from Europe and Asia.
  • Belgium Astanor Ventures has closed €360M  fund, focusing on fostering transformative change in agrifood and contributing to a sustainable bioeconomy.
  • UK Notion Capital raised €300M fund. The firm will support early-stage fintech and software startups throughout Europe.
  • German SHS Capital closed fund with €270M. The fund focuses on backing growing European healthcare with investment amounts range from €10 to €40M
  • UK Isomer Capital closed a €250M fund to invest in early-stage startups.
  • Spanish Leadwind closed its funding round at $250M. The fund aims to support entrepreneurs in Southern Europe and Latin America from early stages to IPOs.
  • Italian Generali Ventures has launched a €250M with focus on B2B software  insurtech and fintech, targeting early-stage startups with a geographic focus on Europe and the United States.
  • Munich-based Acton Capital has closed its Fund with a total of €225M focusing on early growth phase companies in Europe and Canada,
  • Parisian Tikehau Capital has announced the first close of a €200M private equity vehicle focused on cybersecurity.
  • Amsterdam SET Ventures has launched its fourth fund, aiming to raise €200M to back European innovators in the energy transition sector.
  • Finnish-Japanese NordicNinja launched €200M backing Northern European early-stage and Series A/B founders in sustainability and digital society with €2-8M investments.
  • French Sofinnova Partners, a life sciences venture capital, has closed its Sofinnova Digital Medicine I Fund at €190M, navigating the intersection of biology, data, and computation.
  • UK Talis Capital closes its $175M fund to continue investing in seed to series A European & US startups with  focus on  data, AI, insurtech, proptech, digital health, sustainable food and farming.
  • Ocean14 Capital, a Luxembourg-based fund dedicated to sustainable solutions in the Blue Economy for ocean health, has exceeded its €150M funding goal.
  • French Breega launched of its "Europe Seed III" fund with a commitment of at least €150M. This fund aims to support early-stage startups across Europe
  • Antler launched its Nordic €150M fund with focus on pre-seed to Series A startups across Sweden, Norway, and Denmark.
  • The London Air Street Capital has launched a $121M Fund II to support early-stage AI-first startups.
  • Firstminute capital announces its third, $100M fund to back early-stage startups across the UK and Europe.
  • Bristol SCVC, an early-stage deep tech investor,  closed $100M with focus on health and environmental sustainability,  investments ranging from $500k to $3M.
  • European edtech VC firm, Brighteye Ventures, closes €100M second fund.
  • London A/O PropTech VC closed €100M for a second fund, targeting energy transition startups in real estate and investments from seed to Series B.
  • Finnish Voima Ventures made the first close of a €90M fund to invest in Nordic seed and pre-seed startups.
  • French Supernova Invest made the first €75M closing of its €100M fund to invest in European startups.

  • Dutch health tech NLC announces its €20M closing. The firm will fund patent-based startups across Europe.
  • Berlin Vireo Ventures received a €20M. The fund focuses on early-stage technologies that accelerate the digitization and electrification of energy systems.
  • London Pretiosum Ventures secures first close of its second fund, potentially reaching $20M. VC backs EU based SaaS, fintech, and web3, typically providing $250k to $500k in funding
  • Paris I4d Ventures has raised €16M for its pre-seed fund, which will support startups in AI, climate, healthcare, and computer vision with €200k to €500k to founders from Europe.
  • Berlin, climate-first VC Extantia Capital received an additional €10M investment, VC is focusing on deep decarbonization technologies.
  • TiLT Capital Fund I, a Paris-based energy transition fund, secured €5M investment  to invest in European energy and climate sector companies.

Global VC Funds

  • RTP Global closes a $1Bn fund to back North American, European, and Indian / Southeast Asian startups. The firm claims a broad focus within AI/ML, enterprise software, fintech, e-commerce, and edtech.
  • Ribbit Capital has secured $800M, focused on fintech across Europe, Asia, and India market.
  • The European Investment Fund (EIF) launched a €200M fund for European defense and security tech.
  • OpenAI filed $175M for its Startup Fund to back early-stage startups working in transformative areas like health care, climate change, and education.
  • Detroit Assembly Ventures has closed its €70M mobility fund, aimed at early-stage investments.
  • Unshackled Ventures raised $35M to invest in immigrant founders.
