35 Ukrainian startups receive $100k from Google for Startups Ukraine Support Fund

Google has supported 35 Ukrainian startups through its $10 million Google for Startups Ukraine Support Fund, operated by 1991, bringing the total number of supported companies to 98, as Vestbee was informed.

About Google for Startups Ukraine Support Fund

  • In March 2022, Google launched the Google for Startups Ukraine Support Fund to help Ukrainian startups sustain and grow their businesses, foster community resilience, and contribute to the foundation of post-war economic recovery.
  • In 2024, Google for Startups launched a second $10 million Ukraine Support Fund in partnership with 1991, Ukraine’s first and largest startup accelerator. In that year, the fund supported nine startups, including Eddy, Clearly, and Spendbase.
  • In May of this year, Google’s Ukraine Support Fund announced it has backed 30 Ukrainian startups working in AI, quantum computing, education, healthcare, and other fields, including Advizor, Assisterr, AVS, and Beholder.
  • The 35 companies are making significant technological advances in critical areas, from medical research to AI:
  1. Adminix: An AI-powered, no-code platform that helps businesses build software faster and more cost-effectively.
  2. AIBODY: Creates realistic, AI-powered simulations of the human body for medical research and training.
  3. Allbionics: Offers affordable, functional bionic arms for people with upper-limb loss.
  4. Allpass.ai: Automates compliance tasks for financial institutions using AI.
  5. Apixmed: Uses AI to analyze patient data and provide doctors with personalized treatment recommendations.
  6. Aspichi: Combines virtual reality therapy with AI to improve mental health diagnostics and treatment.
  7. Banani: Makes UI design quick and easy with an AI-powered tool.
  8. BannerBoo: An AI-based ad builder for creating, managing, and publishing animated and video ads.
  9. Buzzabout: Turns online conversations into actionable insights for marketers with an AI-powered tool.
  10. ClinCaseQuest: Provides interactive, simulation-based training for healthcare students and professionals.
  11. Crosscheck: Automates compliance with sustainability and quality standards using AI for certification and auditing.
  12. Generect: Automates lead generation for B2B companies by identifying ideal customer profiles.
  13. GoSolo: Provides a business banking and commerce platform for small businesses and freelancers.
  14. Grais: An AI agent for messages, helping to reply faster and smarter.
  15. HESH: Optimizes manufacturing processes with a specialized execution system.
  16. Impasto: Helps agencies and sales teams improve LinkedIn outreach with automation, personalization, and AI.
  17. Karpatia Benefits: Simplifies how companies design, manage, and deliver personalized employee benefit programs.
  18. Knopka: A digital system that improves hospital response times in emergency care.
  19. Legal Nodes: Streamlines cross-border compliance and legal execution with an AI-powered platform.
  20. NeuCurrent: Helps small retailers retain customers with an AI-driven platform.
  21. OpenBabylon: An AI research lab adapting open-source AI models for specific cultural contexts.
  22. Quoroom: Helps VC funds and private companies manage their investment operations.
  23. Reblum: Offers professional-grade AI photo retouching.
  24. Soft Way: Streamlines corporate travel planning, management, and payments for businesses.
  25. Spacebring: Helps manage coworking and shared office spaces.
  26. StackBob: Empowers businesses to manage access and licenses with an AI-powered Identity and Access Management (IAM) platform.
  27. Subjektiv: A marketplace for discovering and trading unique material art pieces.
  28. TechNovator: Develops wireless energy transfer technology through energy quantization.
  29. The Good Plastic Company: Repurposes plastic waste into sustainable building materials.
  30. The Originals: A digital marketplace curating authenticated secondhand fashion.
  31. Versi Bionics: A bionic hand prosthesis designed to deliver high functionality for individuals with limb loss.
  32. Wareflow: Optimizes warehouse logistics operations with an AI-powered platform.
  33. Wild.Codes: Connects employers to pre-vetted tech talent.
  34. X-Ray Contact: Verifies identities by centralizing digital footprint data from various channels into a single interface.
  35. YouScan: Helps companies better understand their customers via an AI-powered social media intelligence platform.
  • Selected startups receive up to $100,000 in non-dilutive funding, continuous mentorship from Google, product support, and $300,000 in Google Cloud credits, provided on a rolling basis.
