Prevalent AI raises $22M to scale AI-powered enterprise data platform

UK-based cybersecurity company Prevalent AI has raised $22 million in a growth investment from Los Angeles-based Integrity Growth Partners (IGP). The investment marks the company's first primary capital raise since its founding in 2017, as Vestbee was told.

  • Founded in 2017 by Paul Stokes and Arun Raj, Prevalent AI develops an AI-powered data fabric and knowledge graph that continuously cleans, connects, and contextualizes fragmented enterprise data, helping organizations build a unified view of their systems, risks, and operations.
  • The platform was initially developed for cybersecurity and enables teams to identify operational gaps and make more informed decisions using trusted enterprise data.
  • Its technology is used by global banks, telecommunications providers, insurers, and critical infrastructure operators, with applications spanning cybersecurity, financial crime analysis, compliance, operational intelligence, and enterprise AI.

Details of the deal

  • The new funding will support global expansion, growth in the US, and the expansion of Prevalent AI’s platform into broader enterprise risk use cases. The company also plans to strengthen its sales, marketing, customer success, and partnerships teams.
  • Prevalent AI will initially build on its cybersecurity offering, which helps organizations connect and contextualize data from hundreds of enterprise sources. The company plans to extend the same technology to areas including financial crime analysis, compliance, operational intelligence, and enterprise AI.
