Paris-based HRtech startup Skello has secured €200 million in funding led by Bridgepoint.
- Founded in 2016, Skello develops workforce management software for frontline employees. Its solution helps businesses manage staff scheduling, administrative processes, and day-to-day operations.
- The company serves sectors such as hospitality, retail, healthcare, and services, where managing shift-based work remains largely manual.
- Skello currently works with more than 25,000 businesses, supports around 600,000 daily users, and says over 2 million people have created Skello accounts. Its customer base includes brands such as Starbucks and Intermarché across France, Spain, Italy, and the Benelux region.
- According to the company, it has surpassed €50 million in ARR in 2026 after reaching profitability in 2025.
Details of the deal
- Bridgepoint became Skello's lead minority shareholder. The round also saw participation from the company's founders, management team, and existing investors, including Partech and XAnge. Some of its previous backers reinvested as part of the deal, as Reuters reported.
- The fresh capital will support the company's three strategic priorities: strengthening Skello's position in France, expanding across Europe, and broadening the functionality of its platform through continued AI development and selective acquisition.
- The company also plans to hire 100 employees across its Paris, Lille, and Barcelona offices in 2026, primarily in product engineering and the sales team.
