France- and Italy-based cybersecurity and managed IT services company Netsec has raised more than €8.9 million in equity funding in a round led by Partech, with participation from Primo Capital and View Different, the investment vehicle of Diego Piacentini.
- Founded in 2025 by Gianluca Varisco and Guglielmo Reina, Netsec provides an AI-powered platform for managing companies’ IT and cybersecurity operations through a single operator.
- Its offering covers device management, identity, networking, infrastructure, security operations, help desk, cloud security, managed detection and response, incident response, and compliance.
- The company said it currently manages thousands of endpoints for clients across Europe and the US and operates an incident response retainer with a median response time of less than 14 minutes across thousands of tickets.
Details of the deal
- The round also saw support from Riccardo Zacconi, Kima Ventures, Ithaca Investments, Vento, Vito Lomele, Everywhere Ventures, and a group of angel investors from the cybersecurity and technology sectors.
- With the fresh capital, Netsec plans to build out its automation and integration layer, expand its operations, and accelerate growth across Europe and the US.
