US-based MEGA.AI, a fintech B2B SaaS startup automating order-to-cash and collections with AI voice agents, has raised $2.2 million in a seed round led by Spintop Ventures.
- Founded in 2023 by Peter Hauge Jensen and Martin Thielst Nielsen, MEGA.AI develops AI-powered voice agents that automate and optimize the order-to-cash (O2C) process.
- The platform manages sensitive and highly regulated customer interactions, such as collections, dispute resolution, and order management, through human-quality automated dialogue that is compliant, auditable, and efficient.
- MEGA’s AI agents streamline repetitive tasks, improve cash flow, reduce operational costs, and escalate complex cases to human agents when needed, enabling organizations to scale customer communications while maintaining top-tier compliance and quality.
Details of the deal
- The seed round was led by Spintop Ventures, a Stockholm-based VC firm that has invested in over 35 early-stage Nordic tech companies, helping them scale products, grow revenues, and contribute to a sustainable future.
“MEGA is building foundational infrastructure that meets the highest bar of compliance, quality, and trust - exactly the kind of consequential problem we're inspired to support. Their early traction speaks to product excellence and real-world impact. We're honored to partner with a team dedicated to creating AI-enabled tools that are both powerful and accountable," claims Erik Wenngren, Partner at Spintop Ventures.
- The firm plans to use the funding to grow its team, enhance its AI voice platform for order-to-cash processes, and broaden its market reach, all while keeping compliance and quality at the forefront.
