HappyRobot, an AI startup building autonomous agents for enterprise operations, has raised $150 million in Series C funding at a $1.2 billion valuation, reaching unicorn status.
- Founded in 2022 by Pablo Palafox, Javier Palafox, and Luis Paarup, HappyRobot develops AI agents that automate operational tasks across voice, email, documents, and web-based systems. The platform helps companies manage complex workflows that traditionally require significant manual coordination.
- The company initially focused on logistics, helping businesses automate processes across complex supply chain operations, before expanding into industries including insurance, energy and utilities, telecommunications, and aviation.
- HappyRobot currently works with more than 150 enterprise customers, including DHL, Kuehne + Nagel, Naturgy, Repsol, and Uber. The company has expanded to eight locations across North America, Europe, Latin America, and Australia following rapid growth over the past year.
Details of the deal
- The round was led by Prysm Capital and co-led by Eurazeo, with existing investors Andreessen Horowitz, Base10 Partners, and Y Combinator returning to back the company. Additional participants included Koch Disruptive Technologies, K Fund, Orange, T.Capital (Deutsche Telekom), Bankinter, Endeavor Catalyst, and Wave-X.

- The funding brings HappyRobot’s total capital raised to around $200 million and will support the company’s efforts to further develop its AI agent platform, expand enterprise integrations, and grow its global teams.
