Milan-based cybersecurity startup CyberKord, which develops an AI-powered platform to automate IT and security operations, has raised €2.7 million in a pre-seed funding round led by 360 Capital, with participation from Plus Partners, Addendum Capital and Vento.
- Founded in 2026 by Alessandro Maggio, Dragos Tanasa and Cosimo Michelagnoli, CyberKord is developing a platform designed to help companies identify, investigate and resolve IT and cybersecurity issues with less manual intervention.
- The platform uses artificial intelligence and a digital twin of a company's IT infrastructure to analyse incidents, identify their root causes, simulate potential solutions and carry out corrective actions.
- It integrates with existing cloud-based and on-premise systems, allowing companies to automate operational tasks without replacing their current infrastructure. Organisations can also define how much autonomy the AI is granted and review the actions it takes.
Details of the deal
- With the fresh capital, the company plans to further develop its platform, launch pilot projects with large European companies across manufacturing, technology, healthcare and telecommunications, and expand its technical and commercial teams.
