Creem raises €5M to expand billing and revenue infrastructure for software companies

Estonian billing and monetization platform Creem has raised €5 million in a seed round led by Inovo VC, with participation from existing investors Practica Capital and Antler, as well as angel investors Markus Villig, Timmu Tõke, Kaspar Tiri, Adam Jafer, and Fryd Wiatrowski. The latest funding brings Creem’s total raised to €7 million.

  • Founded in 2025 by Gabriel Ferraz and Alec Erasmus, Creem is building financial infrastructure for software companies, particularly AI-native startups selling internationally.
  • Its platform brings together billing, payments, tax compliance, payouts, affiliate management, analytics, and revenue operations.
  • Creem has also launched Creem 2.0, an expanded version of its platform designed to simplify billing and monetization for software companies. The platform supports usage-based billing, credit wallets, seat-based subscriptions, prepaid credits, revenue splits, affiliate management, custom-domain checkout, and multiple payment methods.
  • The company is also developing tools that allow AI agents to manage and optimize billing and revenue operations, enabling founders to configure and run their stores through AI-powered workflows.

Details of the deal

  • The fresh capital will be used to scale Creem 2.0 and expand its billing, monetization, and revenue management capabilities. The company plans to further develop agent-operated billing, affiliate and analytics tools, marketing channel tracking, and global compliance and payouts across fiat and stablecoin payment rails.
