Arcos has raised €5.5 million in a seed round led by High-Tech Gründerfonds (HTGF), with participation from Bayern Kapital, Haufe, Pact, Robin Capital, and strategic business angels.
- Founded in 2025 by Louis Wübben and Moritz Steigerwald, Arcos is developing a security platform that brings signals from connected sensors into a single system for monitoring and responding to security incidents.
- The platform is designed for residential and commercial properties as well as critical infrastructure, including railway stations, substations, and data centers.
- Arcos aims to address the growing number of connected security systems and a shortage of operational staff by combining monitoring, incident assessment, escalation, and documentation in one platform. The company also operates its own control center infrastructure, allowing its teams to refine workflows based on real-world security incidents.
Details of the deal
- With the fresh capital, Arcos plans to expand its team in Germany, further develop its platform, strengthen its presence in the critical infrastructure market, and prepare for expansion into additional European markets.
- The company also aims to build a European service provider focused on safety and protection, combining its technology platform with operational services.
