Munich-based HR tech startup Ahron, which develops an AI agent-based platform for automating enterprise HR processes, has raised €2.2 million in a funding round led by Cusp Capital. HR-sector business angels, including Sabine Kohleisen, former Board Member for HR at Mercedes-Benz Group, also participated.
- Founded in 2025 by Carl Hoffmann and Rado Pavlov, Ahron is building a platform that enables AI agents to operate across existing HR systems. The company targets the fragmentation of enterprise HR software, with large organisations often relying on more than 100 systems with limited connectivity.
- Ahron's platform acts as a layer across these systems, providing AI agents with the process context and rules needed to automate tasks across the HR lifecycle, including recruiting, onboarding, performance management, payroll, and offboarding.
- The company has partnered with Celonis, using its Process Intelligence technology to create a digital twin of HR processes based on data from existing enterprise systems.
- Ahron is also developing a central control layer that allows companies to define and manage policies and guardrails for AI agents operating across HR processes.
- Since the start of 2026, Ahron says it has generated more than €1 million in annual recurring revenue and secured customers across the US and Europe.

- The fresh capital will enable the firm to further develop its platform, particularly its central control layer, which provides context and guardrails for AI agents, while supporting its international expansion.
