The deal has been approved by both companies’ boards and is expected to close later in 2026, pending regulatory approval and other standard conditions.
The round was supported by Kima Ventures and Project Europe, alongside Purple, No Label Ventures, 100IN, and Station F Fund.
The new capital includes a $400 million Seed fund, a $900 million Venture fund, and an additional $700 million allocated to the firm's existing Growth fund.

Highland Europe received continued support from its existing limited partners, who have backed the firm’s long-term investment strategy.
