Details of the deal
- The investment was backed by YFM Equity Partners, a Leeds-based investment management firm managing £750 million in assets, which supports tech companies with investment tickets ranging from £3 million to £15 million.
"The business has grown ARR by 56% over the last three years, with clear traction among hospitality operators who need scalable, affordable, and easy-to-use workforce solutions. We also see a significant M&A opportunity in this space. The company is well placed to attract strategic interest in the years ahead," YFM Equity Partners' team, commented.
