Iron Wolf Capital launches €100M early-stage Baltic deeptech and AI fund

Vilnius-based venture capital firm Iron Wolf Capital has raised €30 million for its second fund, with a final target of €100 million, to support and scale deeptech startups across Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, and the broader Baltic diaspora.

  • Founded in 2017 by Kasparas Jurgelionis, Viktoras Jucikas, and Zygimantas Susnys, Iron Wolf Capital is a venture capital firm that invests in founders building global AI and deeptech startups across the Baltics and the diaspora.
  • The firm’s portfolio includes over 20 startups spanning photonics, robotics, AI, education, pharma, and agritech, such as eAgronom, Kingdom Technologies, Sprana, Traxlo, and Millo.
  • The fund plans to support 25 startups, focusing on biotech, energy, spacetech, and AI. Initial investments will range from €500,000 to €2 million
  • Iron Wolf Capital plans to lead or co-lead investments in 6 to 8 startups each year, focusing on Baltic founders, including those living abroad, such as in the US.
  • The new fund’s LPs include the Lithuanian state bank ILTE, more than 40 family offices, and high-net-worth individuals from across Europe.
