London-based startup inforcer, which helps Managed Service Providers (MSPs) manage and secure multiple Microsoft 365 tenants to unlock enterprise-grade AI and security tools for SMBs, has raised $35 million in a Series B round.
- Founded in 2022 by Jamie Daum, inforcer develops a multi-tenant management platform designed for MSPs working with Microsoft 365.
- The software enables MSPs to configure, manage, and maintain security, compliance, and AI features across multiple Microsoft tenants from a single interface.
- The platform supports standardization, backup, policy deployment, restoration, and monitoring at scale, helping MSPs serve small and medium-sized businesses more efficiently. It also includes AI-driven tools for policy impact analysis, security assessments, and configuration comparisons, aiming to reduce the manual workload typically required to manage Microsoft environments.

- Inforcer operates on a cloud-first model and integrates directly with Microsoft’s suite, allowing MSPs to oversee all tenant activity without relying on third-party tools. The company has offices in the US, UK, Netherlands, Denmark, and Australia, and supports an international customer base of over 800 MSPs.
Details of the deal
- The investors in Inforcer’s $35 million Series B round include Dawn Capital, Europe’s leading B2B software investor, and Meritech Capital, an existing backer that also participated in the round.
- The company will use the fresh funding to accelerate AI-driven product development, expand globally, grow its MSP community, and help partners unlock Microsoft’s enterprise-grade security and AI solutions for SMBs.
