London-based logistics company HIVED, which provides fully electric, AI-powered parcel delivery built for e-commerce, has raised a $42 million Series B funding round led by NordicNinja.
- Founded in 2021 by Murvah Iqbal and Mathias Krieger, HIVED is a logistics startup aiming to rethink parcel delivery for the e-commerce era. Built entirely from the ground up, the company operates a fully electric fleet and a technology platform designed to meet the specific challenges of online retail logistics.
- At the core of its operations is HIVEDmind, a proprietary system that leverages machine learning and real-time data to manage deliveries across the supply chain, from retailers and warehouses to drivers and recipients. The technology supports precise route optimisation and live parcel tracking, helping to minimise delays and reduce operational inefficiencies.
“Parcel delivery should feel seamless, not stressful, but most of the industry is still running on systems that were never designed for ecommerce," co-founder and CEO of HIVED, Murvah Iqbal, stated.
- Since launch, HIVED has delivered more than 6.5 million parcels across Greater London, working with clients including John Lewis, Nespresso, Uniqlo, and Zara. The company maintains a 99% on-time delivery rate and customer satisfaction levels well above the industry average.
