Amsterdam-based AI startup Wonderful has raised $550 million in a Series C funding round, valuing the company at $5 billion. The round was led by Insight Partners, with participation from new investor Salesforce and existing backers Index Ventures, IVP, Vine Ventures, 9Yards Capital, and Bessemer Venture Partners.
- Founded in 2025 by Bar Winkler and Roey Lalazar, Wonderful is developing an AI operating system for enterprises that helps companies automate workflows, build and deploy AI applications, and coordinate AI agents across their organizations.
- Its platform combines AI agents, workflows, enterprise data, integrations, and governed execution, enabling companies to integrate AI into existing business processes.
- Since its previous $150 million Series B in March 2026, Wonderful has expanded to over 35 markets and grown its workforce to around 650 employees. The company says its technology is now used across a dozen verticals, with hundreds of AI agents, systems, and workflows in production.
Details of the deal
- Wonderful will use the new funding to accelerate product development, expand its teams and enter new markets, while addressing more enterprise use cases and growing its product capabilities.
- The latest round brings Wonderful’s total funding to more than $800 million and more than doubles its valuation from $2 billion six months ago.
