Viktor raises $75M to build the first AI employee

Warsaw and Munich-based startup Viktor, which builds an AI coworker that operates inside Slack and Microsoft Teams and integrates with workplace tools, has raised $75 million in a Series A round led by Accel.

  • Founded in 2023 by Fryd Wiatrowski and Peter Albert, Viktor develops an AI coworker that operates inside Slack and Microsoft Teams and integrates with more than 3,000 workplace tools.
  • The system allows users to assign work in natural language, after which it breaks requests into structured tasks, executes them across connected software systems, and returns outputs such as reports, spreadsheets, PDFs, dashboards, or code.

  • The round also includes backing from a group of technology founders and operators, including executives from Slack, Framer, ElevenLabs, Vercel, Deel, Instacart, Sana, and 20VC, as well as investors and operators including Lenny Rachitsky, Shaan Puri, Charlie Songhurst, Daniel Gross, and Nat Friedman.
  • The fresh capital will enable the company to scale its AI employee platform, expand product capabilities, and accelerate adoption across more teams and businesses globally.
