Amsterdam-based firm Toppi, which helps restaurants, cafés, bars, and hotels turn online searches into real-world guests, has secured around €1 million in funding led by X Investments.
- Launched in 2024 by Will Everingham and Lars van Tilburg, Toppi develops AI-powered solutions that help restaurants, cafés, bars, and hotels turn online impressions into real-world guests.
- The company offers two main products: Toppi Essential, a simple and affordable AI platform that manages online visibility, and Toppi Co-pilot, which combines AI tools with on-demand expert services.
- To date, over 200 hospitality businesses have used Toppi, reporting a 206% increase in profile views, 172% increase in website clicks, and 89% increase in direction requests.
- Toppi works by optimizing a business’s presence across Google, Apple Maps, social media, and AI platforms like ChatGPT, while automating tasks such as responding to reviews and updating profiles.
- By boosting visibility, streamlining operations, and enhancing reputation management, Toppi enables hospitality businesses to fill empty seats, attract more guests, save time, and increase revenue by an average of 15% within 12 months.

- The investment was supported by Ollie Dapper and William van Lith from X Investments.
- With the fresh funds, Toppi will accelerate product development, expand its leadership team, hire new talent, and scale its AI-powered solutions to help more hospitality businesses grow and adapt to changing consumer behavior.
