Raintree Systems acquires Spike Technologies to advance autonomous healthcare AI

Raintree Systems has acquired AI health startup Spike Technologies to integrate its agentic AI voice technology into Raintree’s electronic health record (EHR) platform. The acquisition will help automate revenue cycle management (RCM) and patient engagement workflows for rehabilitation and physical therapy providers. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
