Polish firm Nomagic raises $10M to boost warehouse robotics and physical AI expansion

Warsaw-based warehouse robotics firm Nomagic, which develops AI-powered robots for automated warehouse operations, has raised a $10 million Series B extension led by Cogito Capital Partners, bringing its total funding to over $84 million.

  • Launched in 2017 by Kacper Nowicki, Marek Cygan, and Tristan d’Orgeval, Nomagic develops AI-powered robotic systems designed to automate warehouse operations. The company’s robots combine advanced physical AI, vision-language action models, and large-scale operational data to perform tasks such as picking, packing, and sorting across diverse warehouse workflows.
  • These systems operate autonomously, learning from continuous real-world operations to handle a wide range of objects with precision, adapt to changing inventory, and optimize placement and throughput. Integrated with monitoring and remote operations platforms, Nomagic’s technology enables warehouses to run 24/7 with minimal human intervention while maintaining high accuracy and efficiency.

Details of the deal

  • The new investment came from Cogito Capital Partners, a growth capital firm based in Warsaw, Poland, and New York, USA, that invests in growth-stage European B2B technology companies demonstrating strong product-market fit and clear potential for expansion into the US and other global markets.

"Nomagic is redefining what automation can achieve in warehouse and logistics environments. Our investment reflects the strong conviction we have in both the transformative technology and the exceptional leadership driving it. We see Nomagic not just as a category leader, but as a company poised to redefine global standards and shape the future of intelligent automation," claims Sylwester Janik, Managing Partner at Cogito Capital Partners.

  • The fresh capital will enable the firm to expand its operations in the USA and strengthen its market presence, while advancing the development of its next-generation VLA (visual language action) models to improve robot autonomy and efficiency. The investment will also support further innovation in its Physical AI platform, building on the technical progress and commercial successes achieved in 2025.

“Cogito Capital’s investment is a strong validation of our vision at Nomagic. We’re thrilled to have a partner who not only believes in the transformative potential of our technology, but also trusts our team to shape the future of automated logistics. Their confidence empowers us to accelerate our mission and deliver scalable automation that redefines what efficiency means for the industry," explains Kacper Nowicki, CEO and co-founder of Nomagic.
