Lithuanian AI startup Guideless has raised €1 million in a pre-seed funding round led by Superhero Capital, with participation from FIRSTPICK VC and angel investors Thomas Plantenga, Vytautas Atkočaitis, and Mantas Mikuckas.
- Founded in 2026 by Evaldas Bieliūnas and Dovydas Remeika, Guideless develops an AI-powered platform that turns software workflows into editable, AI-narrated training guides. By capturing how employees perform tasks, the platform automatically generates visual steps, instructions, highlights, transcripts, captions, and narration.
- Unlike traditional screen recordings, Guideless guides are built from individual editable steps, allowing companies to quickly update, duplicate, translate, and adapt training materials when software interfaces or workflows change. The platform supports narration in more than 40 languages and enables companies to create training materials up to 10x faster.
- The company already has more than 3,000 users across 15 markets, with its platform used by teams at Vinted, Masan Consumer Holdings, and Nevada Hospital Association, among hundreds of other companies.
Details of the deal
- With the fresh capital, the company aims to accelerate product development and team growth while expanding into the US, UK, and broader European markets.
- The funding will also support Guideless’ broader goal of evolving from a software documentation tool into an AI-powered operational knowledge platform that preserves and continuously updates how companies get work done.
