Austrian Post acquires 70% of euShipments.com to expand e-commerce logistics across Europe

Austrian Post has acquired a 70% stake in euShipments.com as part of its LEAD2030 strategy, completing the deal on 6 March 2026 after all regulatory approvals. The transaction also marks BlackPeak Capital’s exit from the company, as Vestbee was informed.

Both companies will focus on scaling services, improving operational efficiency, and opening new markets for online retailers, while euShipments.com maintains operational independence under Austrian Post’s ownership.
