London-based Architect AI, which builds websites that automatically adapt and personalize content for each visitor in real time, has raised £3.5 million in a seed round led by Project A, as Vestbee was informed.
- Architect AI, launched in 2024 by Ted Eltringham, Luke Ramsden, and Chris Nicolas, develops an AI-driven platform that automatically builds and adapts websites for individual visitors in real time.
- The system observes signals such as a visitor’s role, device, traffic source, and on-page behavior to determine intent. It then plans an optimal page layout, generates copy, and assembles sections dynamically, adjusting the experience as visitors interact.
- Architect continuously tests variations of page layouts and content, promoting the versions that perform best to improve conversion rates over time without manual intervention.
- The platform is designed to deliver personalized experiences to each visitor, aligning content and messaging to their specific interests, roles, and the channels through which they arrive.
Details of the deal
- The investors in Architect AI’s £3.5 million seed funding round include Project A, a leading European early-stage venture capital firm; Concept Ventures, known for backing Eleven Labs; and Insiders Ventures, founded by the creators of FACEIT, which achieved a $1.5 billion exit.
“Architect AI’s agentic web technology represents the next frontier in digital engagement. Their rapid execution and visionary team convinced us they’re set to redefine how companies interact with online audiences," claims Malin Posern, Partner at Project A.
- Architect AI plans to use the £3.5 million seed funding to accelerate product development, expand its engineering team, deepen strategic partnerships, and scale go-to-market efforts across Europe and North America, including opening a larger US office in early 2026.
“We’re on a mission to turn every website into a tireless AI collaborator,” added Eltringham. This seed investment turbocharges our roadmap, allowing us to push the boundaries of what websites can do and bring agentic experiences to businesses around the globe," explains Ted Eltringham, CEO and co-founder of Architect AI.
