Berlin-based fintech startup ARC Intelligence has secured €4 million in a seed funding round led by 42CAP, with participation from existing investors 468 Capital and IBB Ventures.
- Founded in 2023 by Clemens Wessendorff and Simon Zimmermann, ARC Intelligence develops an AI-native Finance OS that helps finance teams consolidate data from ERP, CRM, and other enterprise systems into a single platform. The solution provides real-time financial and operational insights while automating reporting and other repetitive workflows.
- ARC Intelligence software is already used by such customers as Burmester, Ferrotec, OCONO Group, Robert Bürkle, Auctus Capital, and GENUI.
Details of the deal
- The €4 million seed round was led by 42CAP, while existing backers 468 Capital and IBB Ventures also participated. The round brings ARC Intelligence's total disclosed funding to approximately €5 million.
- The company will use the fresh capital to accelerate product development, add new ERP integrations, strengthen its engineering team, and expand internationally. In the near term, ARC plans to grow into the Netherlands and the UK, while scaling its team from eight to around 25 employees over the next year.
