Slovak startup AdSpawn, which develops AI-driven tools for automating the creation of mobile game advertising creatives, has secured €500,000 (over CZK 12 million), as Vestbee was told. The fresh funds will support product development, team expansion, and international growth, including its planned expansion into the US market.
- Established in 2024 by Milan Štrba, Martin Luther, Roman Janajev, and Tomáš Pospíchal, AdSpawn builds software that automates the creation of video ads for mobile games. Its system processes gameplay footage, analyzes scenes, selects key moments, and assembles short-form ads using predefined structures commonly used in user acquisition campaigns.
- The tool can produce finished creatives in minutes and supports ongoing output through automated delivery. Subscription plans range from free access to paid tiers starting at €99 per month, scaling up to hundreds of creatives generated and managed within the platform.
- Company-reported data from a case study indicates campaigns reached 100 million impressions, reduced cost per install by 44%, and lowered production spending by 90%.
Details of the deal
- The round was supported by Rockaway Ventures, a venture capital arm of the Rockaway Capital group that invests in startups digitizing traditional industries with a strong focus on AI, and Czech Founders VC, an early-stage investor that backs founders building scalable technology products and has been supporting AdSpawn since its acceleration phase.
