The Sofinnova Capital XI fund round was supported by a global mix of institutional investors, including sovereign wealth funds, leading pharmaceutical companies and corporates, insurance companies, foundations, and family offices from Europe, North America, Asia, and the Middle East.
The investment was backed by KBC Focus Fund, Cap Horn, Bpifrance, the European Innovation Council Fund, Elaia Partners, Sensinnovat and Beeyond.
Dialog’s $4.4 million seed round was led by Galion.exe.
Paage’s $2.2 million seed round was led by Aglaé Ventures, Kima Ventures, and Cassius, with angels Alexandre Eruimy, Félix Malfait, Darren Lachtman, and Enzo Mattioli Ferrari participating.
Freeda has already verified more than 10,000 plans for clients across Europe and North America and aims to reach one million verified plans by 2026, supporting projects in Europe, the UK, the US, and the Middle East.
The company's ambition is to refurbish 1 million e-bikes annually by 2030 and build the world’s largest circular mobility network.
