Home rental platform Rendin announced the closing of nearly €2 million round led by Tera Ventures, with participation from Startup Wise Guys.
- Established in 2019 by Alain Aun and Maiko Saluorg, Rendin is a home rental ecosystem startup that combines insurance, technology, real estate agencies, and law firms to protect and connect landlords and tenants while saving time and money for both parties.
- A Tallinn-based Rendin's team consist of 20 employees operating in Poland and Estonia. According to the startup, up to 600 rental contracts are signed on its platform every month, and more than 5,200 signed agreements in 4 years.

- The leading investor in the current round is Tera Ventures, a global investment firm based in Estonia, backing founders from Baltics, Scandinavia, and CEE and their compelling visions at pre-seed and seed stage. Additionally, nearly a hundred of landlords who uses the platform also invested in Rendin via Startup Wise Guys, the international accelerator funds for B2B startup founders.
- The fresh funding will be used by Rendin to prepare for the April's A-round and expand the startup’s presence in both active markets Poland and Estonia.
