Utilising Ufi’s depth of experience in the development of technology to build people’s skills for work, we support our portfolio through access to our wide expert pool and network. At a time when new technology is driving significant change in the way we work and the skills needed, we see a great opportunity to be investing in the technologies that will support a more skilled and productive workforce. We look for companies that are targeting positive impact in two ways: 1) Helping adults in the UK to access and progress in work through improved skills 2) Helping employers in the UK to improve their business performance through improving the skills of their workforce.
